We recognize that if tenants are taken care of then properties are taken care of too. We emphasize this by providing a 24/7 Tenant online portal and app for maintenance requests, billing concerns and general inquiries. Residents can be assured that if a situation arises, they will reach us quickly.
Ongoing Inspections and Free Expertise
Inspections are conducted 3 times per year; during onboarding and every 6 months thereafter. We ensure detailed records are created, and images of rooms, appliances, furniture and fixtures are filed away in order to assist with the creation of rental listings, and to verify damage if ever required. We bring our varied experience with homebuilding, carpentry, renovations and city building bylaws to each and every visit.
